An agent working from a telephone alone, may sign into the service using a PC or ask an administrator to sign in on his or her behalf for a defined interval from 1 to 24 hours. CVCC delivers calls to the agent for that interval and stops when it expires. Should an agent miss a call, CVCC will place the call with another agent.
Because LiteAgent is an integral part of the overall service, all agent activity while using LiteAgent appears in the normal real-time and historical reporting. CVCC regards LiteAgents as normal, full agents, and therefore they participate equally with full client agents.
