i2070 Software Attendant Console - Make first impression count with the i2070 Software Attendant Console

The ATDC is usually one of the main first communication channels of a company towards its customers. 
Dedicated attendants need to handle calls as smoothly as possible. In small companies, the attendants handle calls and also perform some other subsidiary tasks, that's why the i2070 is perfectly integrated into your desktop environment.
The i2070 provides a simple, user-friendly graphical interface that simplifies call handling tasks, allowing attendants to focus on customer service quality.
The i2070 Software Attendant Console operates alongside other applications the attendants use and does not require a dedicated PC. The integrated M760 phone is used for voice function (handset or headset).
The user interface is made of five windows:
  • communication management main window
  • ongoing calls monitoring window
  • directory information window
  • supervision window(s)
  • detailed directory record window

The main window is for call management and shows incoming calls, information about the caller of the current call (and about a second correspondent if accurate) as well as available commands for this call.
